We had an email issues, which didn't depend on Jeff.

I did not like dealing with so many different people. Never knew who wanted information from us, never given names of who would be contacting us and why. We sent our drivers licenses to three different people again at closing. We’re never informed...

Gr8 Service with speed and ease.
Jeff and his team was awesome. Jeff was quick to get back to me with any questions and keep me up-to-date on the loan process. Eric Rockett was also a huge help. I don't think my refi would have been so easy with out Jeff and Erics help!
