The team was so responsive and thorough. They explained what I needed and when. They made the process of getting a mortgage as easy as possible.
Communicating with your office was easy.
We had a couple of "bumps in the road"; however, Jeff did a great working with all parties to make sure the transaction closed.
Timeliness, professionalism, and experience of Jeff and his team.
Jeff was very helpful in walking us through the process. He explained the differences in products/mortgages available. He helped us find exactly what we needed.
