    Always commuicated to let me know where we were in the process and was always available if I had a question. It was a difficult process but work diligently to get to the closing table.

    The one thing that I found annoying was the frequency and number of "urgent" notifications. Didn't take me too long to figure out they're not really urgent. If it's really urgent say so. Otherwise I think someone needs to look up the definition...
