    The appraisal was a great dissappointment. The comps used were not effective in valuing this house. One was a sale 2 years ago, another was a house 300 sq. ft. smaller than mine with no garage, with an adjustment of 27K. Not even close to believable....

    Actually it was only semi great, not Jeff's fault. I ended up paying $560.00 out of pocket that originally I was promised would NOT happen. I was assured that the cost was subtracted from what I was charged on the final summery of charges,...
