Jeff was fabulous but the loan processor and underwriter put me through h***. I was so stressed out I almost cancelled dealing with AAG
Was responsive to questions and did everything that was needed for me to be comfortable during the process
We were kept updated regularly on what was happening. Even when we ran into a snag, we were advised what to do and helped to make it all happen.
It was a long, drawn out process but in the end it all came together somehow. Thank you Jeff for guiding us through till the end.
Everything they said would happen, happened exactly as expected. In this day and age, that is all one could ask for. Great experience.
