Jeff always found a way forward. Never gave up through the whole process. At certain times it seemed miraculous, even. Jeff does a fantastic job at building trustworthy relationship.
Dishonest in the loan origination amount claiming they would match another lender only to have hidden costs and a higher origination fee than market. Then claiming it was a mistake. Rude in multiple emails.
