Jeff was so friendly and made the process easy with his diligent follow-ups. He was always pleasant and helpful along with Nakia Broom. I really appreciate everything that both of them did to push this to closing.

I am very new to this process so when I was told I was getting a loan for $26,000 that's what I thought I would be getting I was unaware of all of the additional fees that would be taken out of the $26,000
