Everything went so smooth. From getting pre-approved to officially closing on a house a month later. We’ve worked with Jeff when we lived back in SC in 2017 m/2018 and he was our first choice!

Jeff went the extra mile and got accurate numbers from the escrow company so I could see the real costs of the loan - something no other loan officer did. He was always available for questions and helped me compare different loans.

I did have frequent and regular communication with Jeff. He worked well with his colleagues internally and helped get resolution with cross-functional partners externally (seller's attorney, buyer's attorney, condo association etc.).
