The good news is our refi closed. But the good news stops there. Working with Jeff is like walking on eggshells. Sometimes he's professional, but he has "snapped" at me on multiple occasions, literally yelling to stop "complaiming" or "whining"...

We were confused rather often, as we are just regular people without expertise in mortgages. Jeffrey was sometimes helpful and sometimes yelled, was insulting, and hung up. I would never recommend working with him specifically to anyone.

Jeff Slater was very pleasant and experienced. Helped me through my first time home buy experience with the patience and knowledge I needed. made the whole experience stress free
