This was an interesting transaction that almost didn’t happen… with Jeff’s guidance and determination, we were able to close in RECORD time even with FHA and two appraisals! He’s a rockstar!
We literally went under contract on Monday and closed 14 days later. Jeff sent some form of communication daily and was always open to answering any questions I had. It was an amazing experience.
