Jeff & company were efficient, professional, well prepared, kept me up to date on everything! They were terrific through the whole process.
Jeff always answered any of our questions in a timely manner. He followed up with us and was helpful throughout the refinance process.
Having the correct closing documents/package. Having to return to the title company 3 times was not an optimal situation. But in the long run it all got done, so I do appreciate all the hard work Jeff did to get me to the finish line.
