First, Jeff in his day off found time to get us prequalified so we could submit an offer. He then led us through the financing process explaining each step and what to expect, clearly and concisely.
Communication was open and efficient throughout the entire process.
Mr. O’Brasky was informative and tried very hard to move the process along. It finally closed and we can say another task accomplished.

It was very easy to sign documents electronically. That was nice. I think our loan was extremely difficult to obtain. The process took months and we repeatedly had to come back with more paperwork, letters and documents. That was the frustrating...
