    Jeff is a no nonsense mortgage professional. He just get's it done. He may not be the most touchy/feely, but that isn't what I want. I appreciate that Jeff knows all the in's and out's of getting a mortgage and helps you fix whatever is needed....

    Jeff was easy to work with and helped make the process very straight forward. It took a bit longer than was initially hoped for, but glad to have Jeff helping with the refinancing process.

    I would rate the outcome as very positive, but it was a very very difficult process along the way. Jeff is a good communicator, and it turned out very well in the end, but it was not your normal home buying process by a long shot.
