Just an overall great experience, it really felt like Jeff went out of his way to communicate and make sure we knew what was going on. It was like dealing with a family member, only the difference being a family member that you like :)
Jeff kept me informed as to what was necessary to keep the process moving along swiftly and offered help if I needed it.
