Jeff was great with communication and handling some last minute changes to our closing date. Felt confident throughout the process we were going to close on time.

Appraisal was completed late, causing last minute to-do items that almost delayed closing. Then underwriter required termite inspection and we weren't told until 5 hrs before closing after we sold our previous home. Otherwise interest rate...
