Everything was explained very well and in easy to understand terms. The whole process was completed much faster than a local company was able to do it and I get a much lower interest rate also.
Closing took five months because our refinance was not managed correctly. It was a long and grueling process that should not have been.
The constant communication is what made the process so greats Jed kept me in the loop every step of the way so I didn’t have to wonder where we were in the process.

It was a long process to closing but got it closed. Not Jeff's fault. Just too many people doing the refinance and buying new homes. It was great working with Jeff and I would recommend him to family and friends.
