The online portal made the process very easy to manage. Jeff also did an excellent job of staying in touch and helping to manage the flow of documents. He was very responsive when I had questions.

getting cleared to close felt needlessly rushed
Jeff provided great communication throughout the loan process and was present during our closing. We had no snags or pitfalls with our original mortgage loan or refinance.
