    Jeff was the Bomb. He never made me feel like I was not important enough to talk to. He was always nice to me. Even when I would say repeat everything all over again.

    It was overall a very good experience. Jeff was great to work with and very responsive. As far as refinancing goes this is probably about as convenient as it can get.
