Atlantic Bay was very helpful with my house purchase, Jeff Evans was very helpful and nice to work with. Will definitely recommend to anyone to come to Atlantic Bay for their home purchase.
The process was smooth although I was hit with a surprise additional amount from my estimated closing the day before. Otherwise everything was pretty smooth.
