As a listing realtor, jeff got the loan done ahead of time, and fumds at closing on time
I suggest that the client be kept more oriented about the interest rate in the market, and as soon as the closing period begins, they try to reach the best interest rate. This gives the customer greater purchasing power.
Not transparent in his emails. Stated terms of the loan were unchanged when in fact the opposite is true. FYI...This matter will be referred and investigated. One cannot take advantage of folks who are not from the USA.
Communication was nonexistent. Both for myself and the client. It made for a frustrating process. Lender stated that they have everything done for the POA, but didn't inform title until the day of closing. Buyer was also not notified that they...

Everything from beginning to end was great so I really appreciate you I definitely tell my friend about you thank you so much.
He severely lacks in communication. If I didn’t have knowledge of the industry we would be very confused first time homebuyers. I had to ask questions. I had to ask him to walk us through. No motivation.

He lives in Noblesville with his wife Susan and their 3 boys Will, Jack & Drew. Jeff stays involved in the local community by volunteering and supporting organizations such as the Realtor Foundation, Noblesville Youth Baseball, Boys & Girls Club and CYO sports.
