    had to constantly chase for updates and information. Still have not received copies of executed documents . Not provided any resolution - Additional comments from processor of loan unprofessional .

    Everyone including Jeff was pleasant and helpful. The overall process did seem to drag along without a clear understanding of time but in the end it all came together and the closing was smooth and easy. Jeff delivered what he promised.
