you have great communication. Call with a question and have answer the same day. Explained each type of loan so we would know which was the best loan to go with. Won't be looking for a loan anytime soon but will highly recommend you.
The title company was not great.. paid alot of money for poor service. The appraisal company was not accurate and when I requested that it be updated I received nothing on return.. not even a response from them and no care from anyone else...
