Lack of communication between their team as well as with me. Underwriters seemed to be inadequate , process was less than satisfactory for my first time buyers process
The communication was very bad with the Annie Mac team. My client was extremely stressed through the entire process due to their lack of communication
Availability for phone calls and responsiveness to emails. Caring about getting me the right mortgage for my financial needs.
