Our loan officer was excellent. Even before we decided on NBCK, Jeff was knowledgeable and responsive even though we were 5 hours apart. He didn't pressure us. He was available every step of the way while also being patient while completed...

Mr. Young is always very responsive to questions and inquiries. I've now done a loan and two refinances with them with no problems. I would use them again when needed with no reservation.

My whole process on this mortgage was amazing. We apparently qualified for a program that automatically confirmed employment history as well as income/tax history so i didn't even have to manually compile all of the traditional data for a mortgage....
