Easy to process
Over 3 months to close - very poor communication through the loan process. Never followed timelines - even final funding was delayed.
Always stayed in contact with me, calling & texting, & e-mail
Overall, Jeff was friendly and responsive. But unfortunately, he didn't lock the lower when it was available, due to a minor misunderstanding. We had to settle for a point higher. Please make sure to explicitly ask to lock your rate!
More communication regarding where the status of my loan was during the process. Faster. The process literally took months. I submitted my first inquiry the end of February and didn’t receive my funding until the end of May.
Jeffrey was very responsive and was able to answer all my questions.
