Communicaton was grest for the most part even when loan officer was on a trip! Also I appreciate being kept in the loop as a real estate agent as to the progress/ stage of the loan Process.
The communication was amazing, I had a lot of help with any questions or concerns and I appreciate all of the people involved that made this happen & helped me get the things I needed to close

it was very confusing dealing with the amount of paperwork I needed to collect to satisfy the lender that I was not a drugdealer or laundering money. I was required to make multiple trips to my bank to collect paperwork to then scan and email....
