Does not seem as organized and efficient in communication/delivering of documents. Duplicate request for documents. too many people involved--never knew Jeanna wa the point person--probably dealt with 4 to 5 different people.
Does not feel like a big company. Very personable from start to finish. It felt like they wanted us to get our "dream home" more than they wanted us to borrow money from them.
