Better comunication through out the transaction. Weekly updates on progress would have solved several problems that arouse.

Response time to communications was slow. Portal was difficult to use. Representative was unable to see that I had completed paperwork and was frustrated with me over confusion. I had to send support documents multiple times.

I highly recommend Jeanie, she did a great job for us. We were purchasing from out of state which made communication so much more important, and she did an excellent job for us. We were very pleased with the entire process!
