Jeanie & Chrissy were great to work with. Only one suggestion though would be to communicate more frequently through the process. Buyers need a check in week to week. Otherwise, great service!

Very hard to get a hold. Did not answer the phone or return calls timely. Other than that it went well and was pleasant when we actually communicated.

Was told to contact processor for questions which I did and I never once heard from her.
There were occasions where if attention to detail were practiced a lot of time and aggravation would have been saved.
We had a few wrinkles the last day and Jeanie was so responsive, she didn’t pass me off or ignore my calls, she was available and calm and everything worked out. This wasn’t our first purchase and I appreciated how everything was handled!
