Jeanette kept us updated prior to closing. At closing, she throughly explained all documents with us. She was also vry efficient.

This was just a hard loan process in general. Robert was remarkable in helping to get us to closing. The overall experience was stressful but through no fault of him.

I love the conversations. Mrs. White and Mrs. Salomon were personable and sincere. While they were taking care of bc, it was not robotic and did not seem like a task. Communication was excellent!
