JC let us know when he needs something, provides updates, and is getting everything done very quickly. Most importantly JC is making the buyer happy and that is the most important thing. With JC we don't have to worry about not closing on time....

Too many question marks occurred during the process .I was led to believe that my down payment assistance from Pasco County was a sure thing !
