Little better communication. Overall process was easy
Parts that were frustrating was asking for documents I had already sent. Sometimes two or three times. Since my income comes from an unusual source it was hard for them to understand the origins even after I explained it several times.
Stop creating new demands that were improbable to meet every single day. Cost me $1000 by changing the closing day and not telling us. Saying I need an offer letter, then 6 weeks later demanding it be signed by the director and another signed...
