The ease of the process and great follow up!
Communication was frequent and easy.
The LoanPal team kept me informed though the entire process. Took a bit longer than expected although this part I would assume it was from the lenders. LoanPal was so excellent we used them again.

The Customer service I received from long pal was amazing. The only problems I had was with the Mortgage company that provided the loan . They were Extremely slow .
