Everyone was very helpful and the process went smoothly
Excellent communication throughout the entire process and on a personal level which made the experience pleasant
Definitely confusing dealing with so many different people. After initial contact and commitment I was passed on to a team of people, never heard from Jason again. I’ve done this before so not that big a deal.

When the I was asked to order a water test it was not requested the a lead and nitrate test be done. This delayed the closing process and cost me additional money.
The same person from beginning to end I kept changing people and it took 2 months to complete the process.
It took over 2 months to complete. Seemed long, but the team was friendly
