Everyone I worked with the readily available if needed.
We had to give the same information more than once. There was not a lot of explanation. We had to do some guessing & hope we were right.
This was the most PAINFUL process that I ever had, especially with a mortgage. The right hand NEVER knew what the left hand was doing. I had so many issues from lack of communication, to getting Executive involved to requesting the same items...
