    Jay was not super helpful when we were asking questions about the loan process. His email responses didn't always answer what we were asking and multiple emails add typos. It felt like he did not care about our home buying journey.

    All of the staff on the Silverton team were very professional. The only issue was your secure upload system didn't want to accept files, I resorted to emailing some of the required documents.
