communication is key. Senior Loan officer was out leading me to believe CCM was not interested in my business.
No followup communication advising that closing lawyer was coming to my house to sign docs.
Over all- lack of communication.

The closing costs kept fluctuatin. The time to close the refi was extensive, even longer than the closing when we first bought the house.
