Could of been more personal,more communication within there sales team just overall was not the best experience for a first time home buyer

I’m sorry you feel that way. This close of escrow is only two weeks and we had requested information and your response was that you didn’t have time to go get it so that did cause delays.

This journey was great. Such an easy process. Always stayed in contact and made sure we were comfortable and knew what was going on. Greatly recommend go anyone looking to buy a house. Thankyou Jason.
