He was very unprofessional. He did not communicate well with our side of the transaction since we were not his clients. Closing was delayed due to lending delays.

The client was traveling and which caused the delay and we closed 2 business days after COE on a 21 day close. You received an LSU every Tuesday that communicated where we were and 3 days before COE we let you know we would be delayed by 2...
