Jason provided clear information throughout the loan application and underwriting, and his calm demeanor was a real asset during a few sticking points in an inherently stressful process.
Funding was late for closing with payments following next day. Sellers weren’t very happy because those funds were needed for another purchase. Not sure what the problem was.
