There was a last minute snag with the loan. Jason didn’t drop a beat!! We closed only one day past the contract date. He really came through!!

There was a last minute problem with securing the loan; but Jason was able to correct while on vacation and in the end we are IN our new house, just 3 -4days or so later.

Jason was responsive, flexible to time constraints, and communicated proactively through all parts of the process. He stayed on top of paperwork, explained why he was asking for each piece, and secured us a rate we are happy with through OHFA....
