Communication via phone, email, and postal mail. The team was always available to answer any questions/concern and checked in us frequently. We also very much appreciated the approval package and gift card!

My survey of all excellent was only for Jason. The others on the team I would not rate the same, but Jason was outstanding. I would use him again.
