My experience has very particular. When we touched him, this lender was the ONLY ONE opened us his door and believed in us. Today, I have my house thanks to Morelsnd's team.
The support all through the loan process from Travis Arp was what made this experience great.
First of all, First Mortgage and especially J Moreland opened the door for our house, when no one did. Our precalification was key for make the purcharse successful.
Travis and Alexis with out them things would have been crazy ;)
The team was great and responsive in the weeks prior to closing!
