There was a TON of documentation needed for our mortgage as with any mortgage, however they told us up front what to have ready and expect. This made the process much smoother than anticipated and I would use them again in the future!

They helped me through the process very well. They could have gotten back to me sooner on how the process was going. I fely like i had to call them to know how the process was going instead of them calling me.

It was a quick process to get pre approved. However, I had several questions. When I called her she left on vacation out of the country! The person she left in charge of her accounts cant be reached. She said the approval was good for 90 days....
