    Everything was great except there was some miscommunication on the type of loan I was getting. I thought I qualified as a first time buyer and didn't discover this until late in the process.

    Jason was awesome. I got my approval letter and 30 days later I closed on my home a week ahead of schedule. Talk about customer service. I did not feel like a customer I felt like a family member.
