Jason was knowledgeable. Another loan officer with a different company said we couldn't get approved for more than a certain amount yet Jason and the team at CCM was able to get us approved for a loan $85k higher than the other loan officer....

We have used Jason Marsh several times now. Fastest closing for a loan. He is very knowledgeable, gets you the info you need, and gets the job done. I don't recommend many people/businesses these days because a lot people suck at their jobs...
