Maybe try to get routine with follow ups about information not being submitted. Me personally a daily update isn’t an annoyance, but maybe two days or so to keep the closing process on track because I got busy and that would have sped the process...

Even though our closing process got a little messy and drawn out, it wasn’t his fault and the customer service was still great.
