The kindness we received from the staff during a first time home buying experience was phenomenal.
Jason was always fast to respond, answered all questions, and made sure closing went as fast as possible!
Everything was done easily and fast. The team diligently followed up for documents, etc. making sure we’re set for closing.
The pre-approval process was very easy. Then, when our plan to choose FHA didn't work out and we had to pivot to conventional, we were still able to hit our original target closing date.
Super helpful that most things could be submitted online in the secure portal. Also appreciated the email updates regarding where the process was at instead of just waiting weeks for info.
The process was quick, easy and less stressful than buying our last home! Communication was great and we would recommend to everyone!
