I was very happy with the whole process and the ease of working with the prime lending people. The rate was very competitive and the coordination of the closing by Prime Lending was great.
Very smooth process. Every step was efficient and on time. Thanks to everyone on the Prime Lending team! In an environment of so many regulations out of the lenders control, they did everything they could to make it easy on the borrowers.
