    changing companies in the middle of our load process which meant turning in documents twice and sometimes 3, things not easy to find on their weblinks, asking for all kinds of what seem to us insignificant documents, annual HOA on our old home...

    There were several people involved. I wasn't sure who to contact. I would rate my experience between OK and Great just because at times there wasn't much communication about where we were in the process and I was left wondering.
